This week I'm celebrating the first anniversary of reaching my weight-loss goal. Although I've yet to conquer "the natural Anne," I'm still trying. I'm thankful for lots of support and love and for every day I can feel good about the decisions I make. Turns out I'm worth making good choices. And so, dear readers--whatever your worthy goals--is each of you.
